    Asharqia Chamber launches the third phase of its free initiative with the participation of about 500 young men and women.

    AlKhalidi stressed the importance of training programs and the leadership's keenness to develop the capabilities of the citizen, which is a key element in achieving the vision.

     

    On Sunday, September 9, 2018, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber, Abdulhakeem bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, launches the third phase of the Chamber's free initiative of training and introducing 3000 young men and women to the labor market through attending "Sales Skills" program.  It would be held from 4 pm to 9 pm.

    The program takes place at the headquarters of the Chamber, which witnessed the attendance of about 500 young men and women - registered in the third phase - to participate in the program.

    Al-Khalidi stressed the importance of training programs in qualifying national cadres and their contribution in providing job seekers with the required skills and knowledge; "So that they will be able to adapt to the new jobs that are approved by the Council of Ministers for mandatory settlement in 12 economic activities and limited to Saudi citizens only."

     

    AlKhalidi said that the program, which continues until Wednesday 12 September 2018, will be provided through the coach Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al-Dweish, a faculty member of the Institute of Public Administration in the Eastern Province, as he is going to introduce information and skills that young men and women can make use of in the practical field.

    He pointed out that job opportunities are now available to "the sons of the homeland", so that they become proficient in the secrets of professions and thus facilitate them to progress in the position and assume leadership positions.

    AlKhalidi explained that the leadership is interested in educating and training citizens who are the key element in achieving the vision of the Kingdom of 2030.

     

    The trainees were trained at a rate of 5 hours per day by academic trainers who had the scientific experience and also practiced business in the field and had a deep practical experience in all the details provided to the trainees, where the Chamber is keen that the training has an effective impact on the participants.

     

    AlKhalidi said that the third phase would be held within four days. The program "Sales Skills" aims to detect the needs of customers using smart questions; to identify the patterns of these customers and how to deal with each type of them; to develop sales skills face to face and over the phone; to overcome the fear of selling and responding; the ability to negotiate and persuade and develop relationships with customers; the presentation of concepts of science and art of selling and marketing modern; the specifications of the seller excellence; training on practical steps to make the sale process successful; to develop practical skills in the application of selling theories; to identify the needs of customers efficiently and effectively; the preparation of sales reports according to standards that take into account the foundations of marketing and sales; to develop presentation skills, and to break the barrier of fear and tension when standing in front of customers.

     

    The program deals with many aspects, including the classification of customer segments and knowledge of target customers; the relationship of needs to purchasing motives; listening skills; emotional intelligence; negotiation and persuasion skills; as well as practical training on how to deal with customer objections and excuses; the most important reasons for the lack of customer approval to buy; cross-selling and upward sales; time management of sales staff; the skill of handling customer interdiction professionally; the skills to search for potential customers to buy; and fatal mistakes in sales and how to avoid them. ​
